Exchanges and or refunds can only be given where goods are faulty and returned within 14 days from purchase date along with receipt as proof of purchase. All items must be in perfect condition including any tags or special wrapping the item came with. 

Please choose carefully as we don't give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. 


We will happily provide an exchange or credit note for your item under the following conditions:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
  • Item must not be damaged, used, altered or washed
  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and lingerie cannot be returned
  • Refunds are only available for faulty items 

Returns do not include any postage costs which we additional to your order. The item/s price will be refunded only.

Afterpay Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credit notes for any orders paid via afterpay.

Damaged Goods
If your item has been damaged during transit with the courier, please contact us with an image immediately. We will either send you a replacement, offer a credit on your item if your item is out of stock or if you prefer a refund, the refund will be on the item only (excluding freight).

If you believe your item is faulty please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damage goods.

Special Orders
Once your special order is made we cannot offer a refund as each item is made to order.
